Kaiti Iliadou

Wellness & hospitality curator

Kaiti Iliadou, MS

Born and raised in Greece and shaped by a life lived across continents, Kaiti carries a deep love for her homeland and a natural gift for making people feel at home. She brings the spirit of Greek hospitality into everything she creates.

As a Wellness & Hospitality Curator and Travel Experience Designer, she brings together places, people, food, nature, and meaningful moments to make each gathering feel personal. She notices the details that linger: a beautiful table, a local flavor, a quiet moment by the sea, or a connection with someone who has a story to share.

For Kaiti, Greece is a feeling, a rhythm, and a way of being she loves to share.

Labros Sidossis

Mediterranean lifestyle medicine

Labros S. Sidossis, PhD

For Labros, wellness is about how we live, connect, nourish ourselves, and find meaning in everyday life. A Distinguished Professor of Lifestyle Sciences at Rutgers University, he explores how movement, nutrition, lifestyle, and environment shape the way we feel and live.

His wellness and longevity programs bring together science, education, nature, food, movement, and human connection. He believes powerful changes often begin with simple things: sharing a meal, spending time outdoors, slowing down, and reconnecting with ourselves and others.

His hope is to help people live healthier, happier, and more fully.
